Tribal citizens may be eligible for homesites on Tribal lands. Applicants must be over 18 years of age and applicants can only apply for one homesite. Applicant must be a citizen of the Nation, however, non-citizen spouses and children may reside on the property. Applicant must designate the intended homesite physically with stakes in consultation with the Tribal Council, in addition to filing for a permit.
